How do I personalise my order?
Simply enter your personalisation details in the Order Notes box during checkout. Please check all spelling and information carefully, as your order will be personalised exactly as entered.
How long will my order take?
As each item is personalised to order, our typical processing time is approximately 2 weeks. During busy periods or times of high demand, orders may take slightly longer, so we kindly ask that you allow up to 3 weeks before contacting us regarding your order.
Can I return a personalised item?
As all personalised items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to a range of international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
