We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Some products are personalised and made specifically to the customer's requirements.
3. Personalised Products
Personalised products are made specifically for you based on the information provided when placing your order.
This includes products personalised with names, initials, dates or other customer-requested details.
Please check all personalisation carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for errors in personalisation supplied by the customer, including spelling, initials, dates or other information entered incorrectly.
Because personalised products are made specifically for the customer, personalised products cannot be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind or no longer require the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised due to an error on our part, or is not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Production & Delivery
Personalised and made-to-order products require production time before they are dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want every order to arrive as expected.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly made or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at luxedesigns_uk@outlook.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We will assess the issue and, where required by law, provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, repair or refund.

For personalised products, orders cannot normally be cancelled once production or personalisation has begun, as the product is being made specifically for you.

All content on the Luxe Designs UK website, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics and written content, belongs to Luxe Designs UK or is used with permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
