At Luxe Designs, every item is carefully personalised to order, making each piece uniquely yours.

Processing Times

As each order is individually embroidered and made with care, our standard processing time is approximately 2 weeks.

During particularly busy periods or times of high demand, processing may take a little longer. We kindly ask that you allow up to 3 weeks before contacting us regarding your order.

UK Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be securely packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service where available. You'll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

We proudly ship to a range of international destinations. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.
