Shipping policy

For all orders please allow 10-14 working days for your item to be shipped. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of purchase when ordering from the UK or Spain, kindly contact us at: luxedesigns_uk@outlook.com

For orders outside the UK and Spain, please allow additional delivery time. As all our items are personalised and prepared in-house, we work hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.
